ERGO-Printer, the semi-automatic system.

    ERGO - Linear

    In general this type is made for 1-colour prints. The printing table comes automaticly in and out, and the height of it can be adjusted. It gives the opportunity to use a wide range of printing pallets, Hold-Down systems and vacuum tables. The frame construction of this specific ERGO-Printer was designed for different working heights from 70 to 110 cm, adjusted via hydraulic cylinders.

    This machine/carousel is designed for 6-colour prints on doormats, print length is 120 cm.
    Here several print strokes have to be used to print enough ink down into the heavy absorbing mats. The ERGO-Printer has taken over this hard psysically demanding job.
