Transfer Melt Powder Plant
The system concist of a hopper and vibrator that spreads out the melt powder (granulate) in an even coating over the paper that travels on a conveyor belt. The excess powder is removed by a combination of air blowing and suction together with a shaking mechanism. The automatic filtration system filters the dusty powder, sends the granulate back to the hopper for re-processing and exhausts filtered, clean air.
In other words it is a SPREADING - CLEANING - RECYCLING AND PULLOTION FREE SYSTEM.
The major benefit are totally even application of powder across the 80 cm width; the complete removal of excess powder from transfer, the recycling of excess powder and the total containment of powder in a clean working environment.
Production speeds up to 700 sheets per hour are typical, for a sheet af dimensions 50x70 cm.
